Features on Black Diamond

 

1.Jobs

      Here users of all roles can add job and assign the jobs to other users. Only admin can assign jobs to all roles and users with Sales Person role cannot assign to others.

2.Products 

      Only Admin can add products. After adding, admin can map the product to other products which belongs to the same location. In map product there are 3 checkboxes named CHECKBOX, MANDATORY, COPY MAIN QUANTITY.

If CHECKBOX checked then those products will appear under related products while adding products to job, If CHECKBOX not checked then product won’t appear.

If MANDATORY is checked ,then while adding product to job ths related product will be automatically added to it, you can’t uncheck it.

If COPY MAIN QUANTITY is checked then whatever quantity you will put in product it will automatically reflect for the related product.

3.Workorder

Only admin can add workorder. Here while adding a workorder you can map to products based on the location selected so that when the same products will be added to a job it will reflect in workorder page of the respective job.

4.Settings

      Only admin can use it. Here admin can add various sections like job category, subcategory,colors etc. as per the requirement.
Under the settings there are sub-menus.

  1. Location: Here admin can map the location to groups
  2. RecycleBin: Anything deleted will be displayed here. Admin can restore it or permanently delete it.
  3. Beta User: Admin can assign any user as beta user. The beta user can use the beta prices.
  4. Activity Logs: Any activity like add,edit,delete,update by any user will reflect here and admin can view it and export it to a excel file by clicking the export button.
  5. User Management: Admin can add local users.

 

5.Product Cat

        Admin can add product cat. Here for each manufacturer and it’s type admin can add it’s details like height,description and add colors.

 

6.User friendly design

     For better access to the features and data we have

  • Created a simple, clearly listed navigation bar. Also added a common search bar in the navigation bar which will work for all pages.
  • Added filter buttons in listing pages.
